RESPONSIBILITIES
Reporting to the President and working closely with the sales, design, workshop, and logistics teams, you will be responsible for the full management of projects, from kickoff through to the return of materials after trade shows.
As a true orchestrator, you will coordinate between clients, internal teams, and external partners, while ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
Your responsibilities
- Review project briefs and coordinate with the sales team
- Analyze client needs and gather all required information
- Plan project timelines and ensure follow-up according to event schedules
- Coordinate tasks with internal teams (design, graphics, workshop, etc.)
- Manage trade show logistics: transportation, customs, installation, and dismantling
- Prepare trade show manuals for supervisors (plans, booth designs, service orders, contacts, etc.)
- Ensure client satisfaction and manage change requests
- Occasionally travel to trade shows to oversee installation and/or dismantling and supervise external collaborators
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with external suppliers (transportation, lighting, décor, hotels, etc.)
- Prepare and follow up on project invoicing
- Support on-site supervisors as needed
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workflows and interdepartmental communication
- Ensure proper filing and archiving of project documents

Your role

Office logistics management
- Welcome visitors and manage the main phone line

- Coordinate internal events and support their logistical organization
